RevoLooTionizing Rural Market for Sanitation (KHM 067-12) The programme has ‘revolutionized’ rural sanitation, by moving away from a fully subsidized sanitation programme to a market based programme. The project has demonstrated that private sector enterprises can profit from creating demand for sanitation and providing appropriately designed affordable toilets. The project is implemented in 60 districts of Cambodia and has helped improve quality of life in rural Cambodia. It is now being replicated in many other countries.
