For enabling woman to generate their own income, by making and selling food, and empowering them to share their knowledge on environmental issues with others. For demonstrating a positive and tangible impact on improving the living environment of people, particularly the poor and disadvantaged. For showing the potential impact resulting from the transfer of ideas, skills, processes, knowledge and technology. For the potential for adaptability and replicability, as well as for the leadership in inspiring action and change in policies.
